ReplyDeleteGreat job my Engineer. This is a whole lot to put together.
ReplyDeleteI have few questions on tjr laterite block. Is it equally good or clay. Can't it get watched away by rainb or water constantly flowing on it. Is the dimension same as the conventional 9" block (9*9*18 inches). Am thinking of saving cost using for my livestock housing. Where can I buy pls
Sorry for the late reply. I have been busy all week long.
ReplyDelete1. It is actually stronger than the regular (sandcrete) block.
2. If properly produced, it cannot be washed off by rain or surface water.
3. No, it is not the same dimension as 9" blocks.
Yea it is very cool for livestock housing. You may have to sources for it from local manufacturers near you or you order for it online from online building material shops.
Blessings all the way!
You are the best my engineer colleague. Thanks I appreciate you
Delete*source for it

ReplyDeletePlease how often do you update the prices?
We update as soon as we observe market changes.
DeleteBut what is the need listing other makes of Cements when government has monopolized the market Dangote alone? How do i see and buy other cheaper brands of cements that are not available because of the government monopoly? Can you update the list for the new month?
ReplyDeleteThe Nigerian factor. Other brands are available if you search well.
DeleteMeanwhile always check for updates Eustace Amah.

I stumbled on your website when I was searching for the current prices of wood for roofing.
ReplyDeleteIt took a lot of scrolling up and down before I could locate the section on wood.
I wish to make the following observations and suggestions:
Your layout is seriously congested and too busy. Location of items is cumbersome as one has to scroll a lot to do so.
My suggestions:
Make your layout simple but inviting by removing the text boxes all the numerous colours adorning them. They assault the eyes.
If you must use colour, use a subdued monocolour on your page in one spread.
Most importantly, consider grouping your items under such headings as "Roofing", "Electrical", Plumbing", Cement", etc, with drop-down menus. This way, one does not have to do a dizzying scroll to locate items of interest.
Lastly, go easy on bolding your type faces. I think they are too loud.
Thank you.
Nyceguy.
Thanks for your observations and suggestions NyceGUY. We'll continue to improve the blog.
